I know I’ve been a little short on the blog posts lately. This is in part due to a crazy long lasting virus that won’t let me out of its grasp. Sore throat turned to headache and nausea which then turned back to sore throat. I feel pretty crappy and my blog isn’t the only thing that has suffered. My workouts have been cut back as well. But this suck all ends today…
- I’m going to kick start my week-long absence from running with a tortuous sprint workout as long as I can keep my lungs from being expelled from my body.
- I’m cutting out the crappy eating. More water; less soda. Why do we eat junk when we get sick? This seems counterproductive.
- I’m also catching up on all my fitness feeds, the best of which I share with you now. Enjoy.
