		<description>Glad you are back. I have been checking in from time to time.  I fell of the healthy wagon recently but Im back on now. woot! That was your queue for some extremely motivating and inspiring posts.  Also any tips for how to not fall back off during these holidays coming up that seem to be based around eating(for my family at least)!

		<description>I totally understand Cassie. In the little free time that we get we&#039;re supposed to be active AND hang with friends? It can be a tough load to balance, but the key would be to get your friends to come workout WITH you or to make exercising something you love (may I suggest Ultimate Frisbee...)</description>
