Dr. Cox: “I Hate My Body”

August 11, 2009 · Comments

This is one of my favorite clips from one of my favorite shows, Scrubs. Dr. Cox, a self-absorbed narcissist teaches his younger protege how to get in shape. Hilarity ensues.

In all actuality though, I kind of like Dr. Cox’s attitude. Never be content with your level of achievement, whatever it is. Are you a runner? Then run faster. Are you a baseball player? Then play better. There should always be some areas you can improve on whether it’s your fitness or something else.
