		<description>Good calories vs. bad calories. Bad ingredients vs. not as bad ingredients. Beer over Soda! HFCS is really bad for you as it is essentially a genetically modified additive, but please understand that it is not a chemical, as in synthetic, it is a genetically modified collection of sugars in an unfavorable ratio (55:45) derived from a natural (corn) source. Stay away from ALL synthetic sweeteners. Diet sodas are just plain BAD for your health. Fake sugar tricks the mind into releasing enzymes and really offsets your metabolism. Not to mention, they are carcinogenic! Moderation is key, however. One can have too much of a good thing.
