		<description>I am not experienced as a runner by any stretch of the imagination, but I do know that you should be very careful when it comes to injury recovery.  Taking some time off now to allow a full recovery is a much better alternative than causing long term damage.

I think you really just have to listen to your body.  Again, I&#039;m not really that experienced as a runner so maybe another reader can offer better insight specific to Chondromalacia.</description>
