		<description>I agree - I love events and training for them.  It keeps me on track with my workouts.  I just did a sprint tri over the weekend and set a new personal best.  fun to see progress.  Can&#039;t wait for the olympic-distance tri I&#039;m doing next spring.</description>

If you work or live anywhere near Homewood, the TrakShak pace groups are a great way to simulate a race environment and meet encouraging people at the same time.</description>
