Hi - here is an extensive online exercise library and its free. http://www.physicalfitnet.com/exercise_video_library/browse_exercises.aspx.

Also, if you would like to include quality fitness video(s) in your posts or include fitness widgets in your sidebar, check out http://www.physicalfitnet.com/video_syndication/site_owners_and_bloggers.aspx.

Best,
Sheryl

This has been my approach as well - I have always felt that if I joined a gym I'd mostly just be throwing money at the problem. I'm still kind of on the fence about home equipment, but I've been erring on the side of, "if I can't find the motivation to do some pushups, what makes me think I'd be any more motivated (over the long haul) to keep using expensive equipment?"

Thanks!
