Workouts Without Equipment

I love reading ZenHabits.net. Leo has some of the best fitness related posts I’ve seen. His latest post is a pretty in depth guide to some great workouts you can do with little to no equipment. These are excellent tips for people like myself who have limited funds and limited space. Currently, almost all of the exercises I do require little equipment and since it took me almost six months to get out of a gym membership that was unnecessary and unused (another post for another day) I would highly recommend working some of these simple exercises into your routine. As with computer programming, the simplest solution is usually the best.

After you finish the article and have constructed your perfect calisthenics routine check out this video to knock you on your butt. 210 diamond push ups followed by 10 hand stand push ups may seem a little excessive but it’s the bare minimum required to enter the league of shirtless white ninjas. I hear they’re currently taking applications.
