@baroness wow, that is pretty crazy. Just curious, and I know this is different for everyone, but how far do you run before you get that intense high?

A year ago, I was too fat to run, because the extra weight caused me to get bad blisters and aggravate a knee injury from my teens. Now that I am at a normal weight, I run every other day.

I had a hard time without running, because I am one of those people who gets a runner's high, every time I run. I really think that I am addicted sometimes. I run on the treadmill during the Summer, and a lot of times I have to wait a bit because I am too high to drive home. I am very ritualistic about running, and if I miss one, you know something is wrong with me! :-)

There is nothing like that runner's high - I don't experience it that often, but when I do, it's awesome. One moment you'll be trudging along short of breath, and the next you're sprinting and feeling great! I wish i had that happen every time!
