Welcome to fithacks.com, the newest health and fitness blog around. I really wanted to start this site as a place where I can share some of the tips and tricks I’ve learned on my journey of fitness. In April 2007, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been and I decided to make a lifestyle change. Since that time just a few months ago, I am approaching 30 pounds of weight lost and it feels great. With each passing week the continual weight loss only inspires me to go further. I hope this site can help encourage, or even start you on your own fitness journey.
